I purchased a washer dryer set that was pretty much brand new! It was in great condition, and Rusty, the owner, gave me a great deal! He delivered it to my home and set it up. He also gave me his personal cell number in case there were any issues with the equipment. And no, this isn't a paid review, I just received excellent service from them and am happy to share it! Would recommend to anyone!
Do not buy anything at Fitzgeralds. Purchased a refrigerator and it went bad within two weeks they came to fix it and it took the forever. They finally brought us a replacement 2 weeks later and that fridge went bad after two weeks. We got fed up and said take it back but they have yet to respond to my calls and I've even gone there in person and got the run around. Save your time and money and if you need immediately rent...that what I had to do. Very disappointed in Fitzgeralds tries to give small business a chance.
I bought a washer from the Fitzgeralds and it didn't spin at all, so we returned it. They gave us a second one and it doesn't work either. My husband and I ran out of gas from running back and forth so I called him, and no answer. i left several voicemails, my grandfather went up to talk to him and he told my pap he would make things right. i called him that same night, a woman answered, took my phone number and said he would call me in the morning. Here I am now, a week later with a broken washer I spent $140 and no phone calls.
Junk appliances. Got a refrigerator from them that doesn't even keep food cold. Do not buy anything from them.
