Dans rock has an amazing view. Throughout the 7 years I've been in this area, I still find myself visiting this same spot. It isn't all the graffiti that visitors complain about that make this a worth-while trip to go on, but rather the aesthetic VIEW of the mountains and ability to see such an expanse of Land and sunsets that allow you to feel like being in the mountains isn't so bad. If you are afraid of heights, I would NOT suggest this as a place for you to visit. I would however, suggest that you wear sturdy shoes, as the steps leading up to the view are a bit rickety and you could easily lose your balance if you aren't wearing proper footwear.
